British singer Ed Sheeran performs live

Bottlerock Napa Valley 2024

MAY 26-28, 2024
NAPA, CA

THE SHORT VERSION

A very Napa-style festival with an onsite spa, local California food and wine.

While some festivals may test your endurance, Bottlerock Napa Valley is all about indulgence. The music festival — which is really a music, wine, and food festival all in one — will overtake California wine country and headliners Pearl Jam, Ed Sheeran, Stevie Nicks and Mana will run the show.

The auditory feast will be as rich and varied as the region’s cabernet sauvignons, which there will also be plenty of; over the long weekend, winemakers and chefs will be distributed throughout the large park-like venue, the Napa Valley Expo, complete with giant sequoias. This year, wineries like Jam Cellars, Caymus Vineyards and Mumm, and cocktails by Aperol and Hendrick’s Gin, will be pouring. Local food vendors like Morimoto Asia, Oenotri, and La Calenda will provide pop-up food trucks.

As for where to stay, camping at nearby Skyline Wilderness is an option, as are hotel packages, home rentals, and a variety of VIP ticket packages that give you access to premium bars, viewing decks and lounges with the stars themselves (wine legends included).

To kill time when you’re not sipping or catching an artist set, you can get henna at the festival’s outdoor spa treatments (we are in Napa, after all), sweat it out at the Cisco silent disco, or, if you need a grungier moment after all the wining and dining, attend the Liquid Death-sponsored dance club. The festival shuts down at 10 p.m. each night, but many of the artists will be performing at “BottleRock After Dark,” a series of concerts throughout the Bay Area during the same weekend that keep the party going.
