EPCOT Food & Wine Festival 2023

JULY 27, 2023 - NOVEMBER 18, 2023
ORLANDO, FL

THE SHORT VERSION

Eat and drink your way around the globe Disney movie style

Disney World’s EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is back in 2023 for families, foodies and Disney adults alike. From July 27 to November 18, EPCOT in Disney’s Florida conglomeration of parks will host food and wine vendors representing food from around the world conveniently located in their tiny country replicas that dot the park. Dishes from past years have included beer-braised beef and Belgian waffles in Belgium, pan-fried dumplings in China and Spanakopita in Greece. Eat your way from Japan to France to Mexico, all without leaving the balmy climate of Orlando, Florida.

This year Disney will host The Eat to the Beat Concert Series, which will run in tandem with the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival and take place three times each evening in the America Gardens Theatre throughout the run of the festival. The artists range from a mix of small local musicians to well-known bands like Sugar Ray, We The Kings, and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, which also happens to be what the employees call Walt Disney’s ghost. Other entertainment in past years has included a rat-themed scavenger hunt (a chance to eat even more cheese than one should), and the dozens of inedible attractions that typically draw one to Disney World, because who doesn’t want to go on a rollercoaster after a long day of cheese and booze?

This annual tasting tour around the ‘globe’ is for theme park enthusiasts and those who want to travel abroad in a way that doesn’t require owning a passport.
