We Belong Here Miami 2024

FEBRUARY 24-26, 2024
MIAMI, FL

THE SHORT VERSION

Rave next to waves at We Belong Here Miami.

Miami is almost ubiquitously known for its raucous nightlife, clubbing, and techno and house festival scene(see: Jersey Shore season 2, or the infamously star-studded Art Basel). However, We Belong Here Miami brings the lights, vibes and throbbing bass shoreside in a way that won’t risk a public toxic intoxication charge.

For the third year, the independent festival group We Belong Here Miami — a company that has also hosted events in New York City — will put on a boutique techno rave festival in South Beach. Despite the smaller scale of the event, the company pulls out all the stops. The idyllic beach setting in a major urban hub already is appealing, but the festival’s production aims to set it apart. At the inaugural 2022 event, We Belong Here Miami used a 360 stage in the center of the crowd that allowed for more festival goers to get closer to the action. In addition to this central stage, the festival also has two traditional stages that feature smaller artists.

For those who can muster the energy to enter before 5 p.m. and party until the festival shuts down around 3 a.m., early arrival weekend tickets are $40 cheaper than weekend passes. Plus: Smorgasburg, the largest weekly open-air food festival in the US, will handle the festival eats. Fingers crossed that the vendors behind churro halos and baja fish tacos will find themselves on the beach in February.
