When We Were Young 2023

OCTOBER 21-22, 2023

When We Were Young Fest will have you in thick black eyeliner screaming, “it was never just a phase, mom.”

The emo teens that once went to Vans Warped Tour have grown up into millennials with day jobs, but When We Were Young Fest proves that pop punk wasn’t just a phase, it’s a lifestyle. When We Were Young Fest is only in its second year, but the music festival has quickly become one of the more highly-anticipated punk rock festivals. The lineup is so good that people thought it might turn out to be another Fyre Festival debacle — but it is very real and just as insane as it sounds.

When We Were Young 2023 has all the pop-punk and emo royalty: Green Day, Blink-182, Pierce the Veil, All Time Low, Sum 41 and The Offspring, among many others. The festival has the same lineup each day, so if you don’t want to stay the whole weekend, you won’t miss any artists. Last year, due to high wind warnings they did have to cancel the first day of When We Were Young Fest, but those who purchased tickets directly through the festival website received refunds.

While this is When We Were Young Fest, there are certain things that festival goers do out grow, and the teenage stamina required to live off of a single chicken tender and a Monster Energy Drink for the entire day is one of them. This year, there are dozens of food and drink vendors and the festival’s location right on the Vegas strip makes late night after-show snacking all the more accessible. At the time of this writing, most tickets to When We Were Young Fest are sold out, but the Hotel and Ticket Packages are still available. With this package, your tickets come with a place to stay and access to the Friday Night Open Bar and the Sunday Brunch.
